Deployed WAR file RMA URL Accessing error, Need Help

I have deployed my RMA.war file into WAS6.1, when i am trying to access RMA through browser, getting the below error
Error: NdActionConstants is undefined.
i am using Database Repository. please help me.

Hi Siriswap,
It looks like you might have missed one of the jar files required for RMA. Please make sure that you have added the required jar files under WEB-INF/lib. You can get the list of required jar files in the documentation.

Hi,
I have added all the required .Jars in Web-Inf/Claasses folder and Licence Key.jar file in Web-Inf/Lib folder, even i am getting the same error.
Do we need to modify anything in RMA-Config.xml? If yes, please guide me.

Please refer to the Rule Maintenance Application documentation. I believe there is a section in the pdf that tells you what to do.

Check the documentation. I believe that you have the license file wrong in the directory structure.
