Getting error while uploading XML schema

Hi ,
I am getting 'java.util.NoSuchElementException' error while uploading a XML schema. I have also uploaded another XML schema which was uploaded perfectly. I can't understand what is the wrong that XML schema which was not uploaded. Is there any format for the XML schema which should be uploaded. Please reply me, I got stucked in my work.
