/lib/templates folder not found when running DSA on app server

Hi all - Has anyone encountered /lib/templates folder not found error when running DSA on an app server like Weblogic or Oracle App Server. The same DSA code works fine when launched from apache bundled with Blaze IDE. Any help will be appreciated.

I am using Blaze Advisor 6.9.3 with Decision Simulator 6.8
