I am trying to install the trial license for the BlazeAdvisor. However, as soon as I run the application to update the liocense, I get a WIndows error message indicating that the Blaze Advisor for .Net License Utility has stopped working. The problem signature has the information listed below. Has anyone seen this error and if so, could you pelase advise how the problem was resolved.

You need a .Net 4.0 install, preferably through having Visual Studio 10 installed.
Then, you need Visual J# Redistributable x64 Second edition installed.
Finally, you need to run the installer from a command window with administrator privileges.
